Nutritionist Amanda Figueiredo from the University of São Paulo said that coffee can lead to insomnia if you drink it too late.

In an interview with Terra, she revealed the ideal time for the last cup of this drink of the day.

“You should avoid drinking coffee six hours before bedtime. This is because the half-life of caffeine in the body is four to six hours“, explained Figueiredo.
