One of the things with a lot of energy per unit volume is uranium, also plutonium and thorium, which is very important for the future of nuclear energy. This was stated in the studio of FACTI to Lili Marinkova by the chairman of the Bulgarian Atomic Forum, Eng. Bogomil Manchev.
"Two days ago in Paris, our leaders understood that it is good when Europe does not have enough coal, gas and oil, to have nuclear energy of the most modern type", he said and explained that the neglect of nuclear energy by the EU so far has turned Europe into a third country after the USA and China.
