Parliamentary political forces refused to determine who should go to the NATO Summit in Washington. The pro-Kremlin parties scored an advantage in points against the opponent.
This first round was won by Moscow.

The government has decided – absurd: the state should be represented simultaneously by both the president and the prime minister.
The judges stopped and canceled the round because the boxers, instead of fighting, stuck each other in their own corner.
ROUND 3
The government appointed President Rumen Radev as the head of the delegation.
Kremlin won this round against NATO with a knockdown for the opponent.
ROUND 4
The government yesterday approved our position on the Summit. The outcome of this round is unknown as opaque curtains were lowered around the ring.
ROUND 5
Rumen Radev refused to be the head of the delegation due to disagreements with government policy for this meeting.
This round ended in NATO's favor, as he took his opponent to the floor with a knockdown, and perhaps a knockout.
ROUND 6
Forthcoming in Washington. Then the results of the 4th round held closed to the public will be announced.
The outcome of the boxing match, despite the optimism of the Euro-Atlantic public, still remains unknown until the end of this meeting in Washington.

There is a second case in which Radev refused to appear at a NATO meeting. He did not respect the NATO Parliamentary Assembly meeting in Sofia and did not meet with Stoltenberg. However, he did not remain silent, but used his visit abroad to criticize the Alliance and its position in support of Ukraine in its war with Russia.
In addition, if Rumen Radev wanted to push pro-Kremlin theses in Washington, he would have pushed them despite the government's opinion.
Because he didn't even blink an eye when, despite the opinion of parliament and government, he pushed such pro-Kremlin theses at the NATO G-9 meeting in Riga.

But as you noticed, no Euro-Atlantic party asked for impeachment.
However, once a water pitcher (the assembly in Sofia), a second time a water pitcher (Riga), the third time it breaks, says the native proverb. This seems to be the main reason for our president's refusal to go to Washington.

Therefore, we are witnessing a spectacle played out jointly by the Presidency and the government. That's my assessment.
Moreover, Rumen Radev will not attend, but Radevtsi will attend the meeting in Washington.
With the government decision, the head of the president's office, three of the president's secretaries, other employees of the presidential institution are included in the composition of our delegation in Washington. And none of them refused to go.

What happens behind the scenes, we will find out from the results of the meeting. I expect the government's position to support NATO's. However, with a stipulation that is generally not reflected in the Declaration.
The arrangement will be a washing of hands with the argument of necessary decisions of the parliament for the supply of types of equipment to Ukraine and accordingly their numbers (tanks, armored personnel carriers, artillery, volley fire systems, etc.)
I.e. the real decision seems to have been made - for chivalry. We'll soon find out if that's the case.
