As I promptly informed, I attended the opening of the first session of the 51st National Assembly. And I frankly shared everything I witnessed. And I witnessed complete inadequacy. And careless about the fate of Bulgaria. Only GERB-SDS made meaningful proposals. And again, they appointed Raya Nazaryan, who has proven herself in this position, as Speaker of the Parliament. But, as has become a tradition in our country, a majority of mediocrity immediately forms against the successful person. To fail her. This is an old communist trick. Today it is inherent in many parties. The goal is to continue the corruption of our country from the highest place - by the Parliament of Bulgaria.
I wrote that I laughed at many of the parliamentary stupidities I witnessed. But I was also sad. I felt sorry for the people. Because we, not the philanthropists, sent these four people to the National Assembly. And now we will withdraw from their misunderstandings, stupid combinations and decisions. But what we have crushed, that is what we will itch. There's no way. Or to put it in even more familiar words: "We'll blow the soup!"
Now I'm listening to one of yesterday's parliamentary nonsense being discussed. Namely, the proposal to elect a "temporary chairman", who would be the oldest deputy, opened the first parliamentary session. In principle, all Speakers of Parliaments are temporary. Some serve the full term of their term, others part of that time. I.e. everyone is in their own time. They are temporary. But the tricksters realized belatedly that if they choose yesterday's "temporary" as the speaker of the parliament. Chairman, you see, he would have fallen into the next parliamentary stupidity, namely the so-called Home book. After he becomes the chairman, he can also be proposed for acting prime minister. And this has already stressed our people's elected officials and they have gone wild. Apparently they don't approve of him as a person and are ready to "shoot" him. That's exactly what we will find out today or tomorrow at the latest. And they had turned a deaf ear to us that the rules are important. And that is precisely why they adopted the rule for the "Housebook".
But now it turns out that the rules are the rules, but the person who will occupy the important and responsible state post is important. And here is the place to remind that not only in politics, but also in any human activity, it cannot do without personalities. Only for communists did personality matter. From the school bench, we remember what simplicity their poet had sprinkled: "What does a person mean here?". And we know from history that these types kill the personalities of Bulgaria in order to Kurdize in their place and ruin our country. That is why it is good that our deputies, albeit belatedly, since the stupid changes to the Constitution have already been adopted, have remembered that "personality matters".
The whole mess with the so-called a temporary chairman who would resign while these smugglers rush in to prey on the majorities and minorities is extremely stupid, even obla. That is why I will remind them for the thousandth time that in normal democratic countries around the world it is not done like this. In democratic countries, the candidate proposed by the party that won the elections is elected as the speaker of the parliament. No other accounts are made. And work begins immediately. Because every day that our representatives hang out is a waste of time and money for our people.
