Germany won 1:0 as a guest of Northern Ireland in a world qualifier between the two teams. The match was at the "Windsor Park" stadium in Belfast.

The guests remain first with 10 points, while the Slovenians are third with only 3.

Ukraine won their home game against Azerbaijan 2-1 in the world qualifiers from Group "D". The match was held at the "MKS Krakowia" stadium in Krakow.

Oleksiy Gutsulyak opened the scoring in the 30th minute when he received a pass from Ruslan Malinovsky. Vitaly Mikolenko scored an own goal in the third minute of added time in the first half to equalize. Malinovsky tied the score in the 64th minute, thanks to an assist from Oleksiy Gutsulyak.
