In women's doubles, number 5 Stefani Stoeva and Tsvetina Popivanova also reached the semifinals after winning over Agathe Cuevas and Keitel Desmotz-Chacoun (France) with 15:21, 21:15, 21:12 in 51 minutes.
Their next opponents will be the fourth seeds Anna Clausholm and Lerke Hvid (Denmark). Eighth in the women's draw Gergana Pavlova was eliminated in the quarterfinals after losing to Athena Thornild (Denmark) with 9:21, 21:13 11:21 in 41 minutes.
