Dara Stoyanova won a bronze medal in the all-around at the international rhythmic gymnastics tournament Aphrodite Cup in the Greek capital Athens.
The national athlete collected 103.450, after showing class and stability in all her performances. The graceful athlete received scores of 27.100 on hoop, 23.700 on ball, 26.150 on clubs and 26.500 on ribbon, which made her climb the honorable ladder. Gergana Boteva's student Tlais qualified for two finals - in hoop with the second strongest score and third in ribbon, finishing 10th in clubs and 21st in ball.
Olexandra Shalueva made mistakes and came in 14th in the all-around with 99.150. She received 26.100 in hoop and 24.950 in ball, and in clubs and ribbon she recorded 24.000 and 24.100, respectively. Grace, led by Silvia Stoyneva, found a place in the ball final with the fourth strongest score, remaining 11th in hoop, 21st in ribbon and 26th in clubs.
Alexa Rasheva showed character and exceptional fighting spirit. The competitor, led by Olympic vice-champion Boryana Kalein, is 25th in the all-around with 95.400. Her strongest performance was on clubs, where she received 27.450 points and enters the final with the second strongest result. On ribbon, she recorded 24.700, while on hoop and ball, she received 22.650 and 20.600, respectively, which ranked her 14th in ribbon, 40th in hoop and 47th in ball.
The gold medal in the all-around was won by the representative of Kazakhstan, Akmaral Erekesheva, with 109.700, and the silver medal was won by Andrea Verdes (Romania) with 104.250.
