Verstappen and Perez without a competitor in the Japanese Grand Prix - 1

Max Verstappen with "Red Bull" won the race for the Japanese Grand Prix, a round of the world championship in Formula 1. Second was the co-pilot of "Red Bull" Sergio Perez, and the third is the Spaniard Carlos Sainz, broadcasts BTA.

This is the third double victory for "Red Bull" for the season after the successes in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Verstappen's victory was his third since the start of the season and he leads convincingly in the general classification. The Dutchman wins the race at the track for "Suzuka" for the third consecutive year.

Verstappen started from pole position, with the race halted on the first lap after a turn three crash between Daniel Ricciardo and Alex Albon. The race was resumed after half an hour, and Verstappen did not encounter any difficulties until the end.

The victory is the 57th of Verstappen's career. Max collects 77 points and remains the leader of the classification, taking the bonus point for the fastest tour. Perez is now second with 64, followed by Leclerc and Sainz with 59 and 55 respectively. The next race is the Chinese Grand Prix on April 21.
