Olympic boxing champion Imane Khelief from the Paris Games has many offers and will continue her career in professional boxing, the newspaper "En Nahar" reported, quoted by TASS.
"I will soon enter the world of professional boxing, I have many offers. I haven't decided yet. Olympic champions have a huge meaning in sports. We Algerians want to show our level there," says Khelif.
In Paris, Imane Heliffe became the Olympic champion in the category up to 66 kg, defeating China's Yan Liu in the final. At last year's World Championships, she was disqualified after organizers claimed she failed a gender test.
