With goals after the break, England defeated the Republic of Ireland 5-0 at home in a match from the sixth round of the Nations League. The "Three Lions" won first place in Group B2 with 15 points and qualified for League A of the tournament. In the first half, the hosts had the upper hand, but were unable to score a goal against the "greens", who collapsed in the first minutes of the second half, BTA reported.
