The Sofia City Court has stopped the registration of the new leadership of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee.
This was announced by sports lawyer Georgi Gradev. He published the ruling of Commercial Department VI-18 of the Sofia City Court with President Elena Shipkovenska, taken in a closed session today after a complaint by the former national wrestling player and individual member of the BOC Zhivko Vangelov.
He appealed the decisions of the General Assembly of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee (BOC) on March 19 this year, at which Vessela Lecheva was elected as the new representative of the headquarters after winning the vote against Stefka Kostadinova, who is fighting for a sixth managerial term.
