The premises in the BOC building were unsealed and the committee continues its normal activities, the Olympic headquarters announced, BNR reported.
In accordance with the rulings of the Sofia City Court No. 1236/24.03.2025 and No. 1245/24.03.2025, Stefka Kostadinova canceled Order No. 8 of 19.03.2025. and ordered the premises specified therein to be unsealed in the BOC building.
In this way, the current activities of the BOC will continue to be carried out in full and in the best way for the committee and Bulgarian sport.
The two court rulings from yesterday were issued following claims by Zhivko Vangelov and Plamen Krastev against the decisions of the General Assembly of the headquarters on March 19 and stopped the registration of the elected new chairwoman Vessela Lecheva, who won the vote with 48:33 votes against Stefka Kostadinova, who is fighting for a sixth term.
