Levski will make a payment of 1.6 million leva next week. The money will go directly to the state treasury and is not related to the club's obligations, reports blitz.bg/sport.
The amount in question is equal to 10% of the profit that the “blues“ reported at their General Meeting. By law, this share is due to the state.
As is known, Levski complies with the agreements for the payment of interest to the National Revenue Agency and the Municipality of Sofia, which had accumulated on the obligations over the years. The principal of the debts has already been paid, but the amounts for the accumulated interest remain to be cleared. One installment is in the amount of 250,000 leva.
