Russia carried out a night attack on the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy, injuring 11 people, including four children, Ukrainian emergency services reported today, quoted by Reuters, BTA reports.
Sumy region, which borders Russia, is a regular target of attacks with both drones and missiles.
Emergency services reported on Telegram that a multi-storey residential building, houses and infrastructure facilities were hit.
According to the governor of the region, Igor Kalchenko, the Russian attack also hit the railway depot, destroying several cars and damaging buildings.
