Three drones were spotted over a Belgian nuclear power plant last night, operator Engie said, as quoted by Reuters.
A spokesman for the French company said the incident did not affect the operation of the "Doul" nuclear power plant in northern Belgium, near the border with the Netherlands. Authorities have been notified.
The airport in the Belgian city of Liege suspended operations for half an hour last night after a drone was reported, Reuters reported.
The airport has since resumed operations, a spokesman for the air traffic control service said.
In recent days, there have been air traffic disruptions at Liege airport due to drones, the agency recalls.
