The White House announced that United States President Donald Trump will sign the law to end the longest pause in the work of the American government, at 9:45 p.m. Eastern American time - 04:45 Bulgarian, BNR reported
The announcement was made even before the House of Representatives in Congress approved the bill to end the budget paralysis.
This became a fact after the Republican-controlled lower house of the US Parliament voted by 222 to 209 votes to resume food aid, pay hundreds of thousands of government employees and revive the air traffic control system, Reuters notes.
On Monday, the bill was approved by the upper house of Congress - The Senate, by a 60-40 vote, paved the way for its passage. Seven Democratic senators and one independent senator joined the Republicans in voting.
