British Prime Minister Keir Starmer had a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump to discuss the US plan to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, Sky News reported, citing a spokesman for the Prime Minister's office.
According to him, the leaders instructed their negotiating teams to continue discussing the plan for Ukraine at the Geneva meeting on November 23. It is noted that before his conversation with Trump, Starmer called Volodymyr Zelensky. A spokesman for the British prime minister added that Starmer and Trump expect to hold another phone call on November 23.
Earlier, the British prime minister confirmed in an interview with Sky News that talks to resolve the conflict in Ukraine will take place in Geneva on November 23 with representatives of the United States, Ukraine and European countries.
