A Pakistani immigrant student has been arrested in the United States for planning a mass shooting, The New York Post reported, citing its sources.
According to them, 25-year-old Pakistani immigrant and US citizen Lukman Khan was arrested with an arsenal of weapons and ammunition.
Law enforcement authorities seized a notebook containing notes describing his plan to attack the University of Delaware police station. The notes included a detailed diagram of the building and text indicating the intention to “kill everyone“ and achieve “martyrdom“ through the mass shooting.
Khan remains in custody and is charged with illegal possession of a weapon.
