The Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova addressed the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen after her comments about Russian assets, saying that the EU is covering the costs.
„Von der Leyen said: „We are sending Russia a clear signal that as long as this brutal, aggressive war continues, Russia's spending will constantly increase“, Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel.
