The Kremlin said today that the participation of European countries in the talks on the peace plan in Ukraine “does not bode well“, and indicated that it has not yet been informed about the results of the talks in Berlin, reported Agence France-Presse, quoted by BTA.
“The participation of Europeans does not bode well, as far as whether (the agreement) is acceptable (to Moscow)“, stressed Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
