Two workers died and two others were injured after a tire exploded at a container loading facility in the yard of the Romanian Black Sea port of Constanta, Digi 24 TV reported, quoted by BTA.
The deceased were two men, aged 56 and 62, said representatives of the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations in Constanta, adding that it was a work accident.
The two injured were men, aged 63 and 57, respectively, with the first refusing transport to hospital and the second hospitalized with a leg injury.
The police are continuing their investigation to clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident.
