Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman discussed cooperation in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its partners (OPEC+) by phone and agreed on closer interaction between the two countries, the Kremlin announced, quoted by Reuters, BTA reports.
During the conversation, the two leaders confirmed their intention to deepen cooperation in the political, economic, trade and humanitarian spheres.
Progress in joint work within OPEC+, as well as efforts to maintain stability in global energy markets, was also discussed, the official statement of the Russian presidential administration states.
