The United States has struck a vessel allegedly transporting drugs in the Caribbean Sea, the US Southern Command said.
“Intelligence confirms the vessel was sailing on known drug smuggling routes in the Caribbean Sea and was being used to traffic drugs“, the command said in a post on its X page.
The statement noted that three people were killed in the strike. No US service members were injured.
