Europe has run out of air defense missiles for Ukraine, NATO is looking for them all over the world. This statement was made by the Deputy Secretary General of the Alliance Radmila Shekerinska at the plenary session of the Munich Security Conference.
"We see what is happening in Ukraine. We called on NATO countries, please, if you have air defense missiles, give them to Ukraine. But it turned out that we can only do so much. We are turning to all partner countries, saying, please, give your missiles to Ukraine. Only the US now has a real opportunity to deliver interceptor missiles," she said, explaining why the European funds allocated to Kiev are going to the US.
