Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received the US Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan Julie Staff, Kazinform reports, citing Akorda. The President noted with satisfaction the current high dynamics of the Kazakh-American political dialogue at the highest level, which contributes to strengthening multilateral cooperation both in bilateral and multilateral formats. The progress in the implementation of the most important agreements in the trade, economic and investment spheres was discussed.
The need for continuation of close coordination at the level of the relevant departments of the two countries to achieve practical results was emphasized. During the meeting, an exchange of views was held on issues of further interaction within the Peace Council.
US Ambassador Julie Staff expressed deep gratitude for Kazakhstan's active participation and efforts in promoting the noble goals of this organization.
