A fire at an auto parts factory in the South Korean city of Daejeon has injured 50 people, 35 of whom are in serious condition, Yonhap news agency reported, quoted by BTA.
The National Fire Service has called for a nationwide mobilization to fight the fire in Daejeon, about 160 km south of the capital Seoul, Reuters reported.
About 240 people have been mobilized to fight the fire, Yonhap reported.
Prime Minister Kim Min-seok has ordered "the priority to save lives", Yonhap quoted him as saying.
A spokesman for the National Fire Service was not immediately available for comment, Reuters said.
