Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Szybiga said on Monday that the United States continues to play a key role in trying to end the war with Russia, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
Szybiga made the comment after saying he had met with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the sidelines of the G7 foreign ministers' meeting in France.
"Ukraine's proposals are realistic and feasible. Putting pressure on Russia is key to convincing Moscow to end the war," the Ukrainian foreign minister said in a post on the Ex platform.
"We also talked about progress in the Middle East. Ukraine's position is that the regimes in Moscow and Tehran are working together to prolong the war," Szybiga added.
