A drone of the Ukrainian armed forces attacked the Road Repair and Construction Department in the city of Sevsk in Bryansk region. An employee of the company was killed in the strike, Governor Alexander Bogomaz said.
“Ukrainian terrorists used a drone to attack the city of Sevsk in the Sevsk region. Unfortunately, as a result of the targeted strike on the Sevsk Road Department, an employee was killed. I express my deepest condolences to the family of the deceased“, he wrote.
The governor said that the family of the deceased would be provided with all necessary support and financial assistance. Emergency services are working, the regional governor added.
At least three civilians were killed in a Ukrainian drone attack in the Russian-occupied Luhansk region in eastern Ukraine, DPA reported, quoted by BTA, citing Moscow-appointed governor Leonid Pasechnik.
Residential buildings were attacked in the village of Mikhailovka, Kremensk region, about 45 kilometers from the front line, he wrote in a post on "Telegram" Pasechnik.
According to reports, Ukrainian drone attacks have also occurred in other areas of the region, causing damage to the railway infrastructure.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed an airstrike in the Luhansk region against several trains carrying fuel for the Russian army.
Ukraine has been defending itself against a Russian invasion for more than four years, DPA reported.
Earlier this week, Russia announced that it had completely taken over the Luhansk region.
