On Tuesday, Shiite militias reported rocket and mortar attacks on army barracks in the villages of Dishon, Ifta and Ramot Naftali in the Upper Galilee.
These barracks house soldiers involved in armed conflicts in Lebanon.
According to the statement, five Merkava tanks and a Namer armored personnel carrier were destroyed in repelling Israeli attacks on the Lebanese towns of Ainata, Bint Jubail, Al-Bayada and Et-Taiba.
In total, Hezbollah units carried out more than 50 armed combat attacks on April 7.
