Former US President Joe Biden's son, Hunter, is avoiding paying more than $20 million in debt in the US state of California, The New York Post reported.
Earlier, The Daily Mail reported that according to court documents, Biden Jr. may have fled the US due to a $17 million debt, having been spotted traveling to South Africa.
Sources from The New York Post claim that Hunter Biden is currently living in a 32,000-hectare estate near Los Angeles and that the information about his stay in South Africa is a “ruse“ to the Biden family to “show that he is broke and unable to pay his bills“.
According to the newspaper, Hunter Biden owes approximately $17 million to his Washington legal team, $5 million to businessman and former aide Kevin Morris and more than $1 million to an unnamed art dealer.
