Acting US Attorney General Todd Blanch announced today that marijuana will be moved to a less restrictive category - a decision that should facilitate its use for medical purposes, Agence France-Presse reported, quoted by BTA.
"These measures will allow for more targeted and rigorous research on the safety and effectiveness of marijuana, expand patient access to treatment, and enable doctors to make more informed health decisions," Blanch wrote on the social network "Ex".
