The first of ten hospitalized victims of the attack by Ukrainian armed forces on a college in Starobilsk, Luhansk People's Republic, has been discharged from the hospital. The head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, told reporters.
“To date, one child has been discharged from the hospital. Nine others are receiving medical care in inpatient medical facilities. The rest are being treated at home,” Pasechnik said.
He had previously reported 65 victims as a result of the attack.
