An earthquake measuring 4 on the Richter scale was recorded off the coast of Halki, an island in the southeastern Aegean Sea, this afternoon, the online edition of the Greek newspaper “Kathimerini“ reported.
No injuries or damage were reported, BTA indicated.
According to data from the Greek Institute of Geodynamics, the quake was recorded shortly after noon, four kilometers west of the island at a depth of 15.3 km.
