A federal judge has ordered US President Donald Trump to restore access to the White House to journalists from CNN, MS Now and Politico, Reuters reported.
Magistrate Tim Kelly stressed that the imposed ban is likely unconstitutional.
Trump imposed the ban on September 18, 2026, arguing that the three media outlets write fabrications and lies. The Justice Department justified the ban on national security grounds.
CNN, MS Now and Politico challenged the president's decision in court.
