US President Joe Biden said in an interview with the American television channel ABC News that the United States does not allow the use of American weapons for attacks against Moscow and the Kremlin.
"They are authorized to be used near the border when they (Russian weapons) are used across the border to attack specific targets in Ukraine," Biden said. "We don't allow strikes 200 miles into Russia and we don't allow strikes on Moscow, on the Kremlin."
An ABC correspondent asked the US president if he was concerned that, as Putin said the other day, the supply of precision weapons for use on targets on Russian soil constituted direct participation in the war.
"I have known him for over 40 years. It's been bothering me for 40 years. "He is a dishonest man,", Biden replied.
"He is a dictator and is doing everything he can to hold his country while this offensive continues. We're not talking about giving them weapons to hit Moscow, to hit the Kremlin...
