Ukraine has destroyed Russian tug off Crimea. This was announced by the spokesman of the Ukrainian military intelligence (GUR), Andriy Yusov, quoted by the "Kyiv Independent".
The naval strike was carried out on the night of June 6.
The Project 498 "Saturn" was struck in Lake Panske, which is located on the western shores of the peninsula, just a few kilometers from the coastal city of Chernomorsk.
Ukrainian naval drones operated by military intelligence also reportedly destroyed two other boats near Chernomorsk on the night of May 30.
GUR published a video of the latest attack, in which several sea drones crash into the Russian ship.
"Another enemy ship was destroyed tonight in the Black Sea. The naval strike of the special units of the General Intelligence Directorate (GUR) was successful, the result being "minus one" enemy ship", Yusov reported to national television.
According to him, the operation was possible thanks to a breach in fortifications built by Russian forces.
The channel in "Telegram" "Crimean wind" reported explosions near Chernomorsk on the night of June 6.
Ukraine carried out a number of successful attacks against Russian targets in and around Crimea, inflicting serious damage on the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
