The deadliest attack in weeks damaged an administrative building and an apartment block, the Ukrainian military command reported on the Telegram app.
"Every day and every hour, Russian terror proves that Ukraine, together with its partners, must strengthen its air defense," said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in connection with the attack on his hometown.
According to him, modern air defense systems are capable of providing maximum protection to people, Ukrainian cities and positions. "And we need them as soon as possible," the president said.
Today, Russian forces launched a combined strike against Ukraine, using surface-to-air and surface-to-air missiles, as well as attack drones. One of the main targets of the missile attack was Kiev, notes UNIAN.
