The commander of the Air Force (Air Force) of Ukraine Mykola Oleshchuk said that yesterday the military carried out a "devastating blow" on a Russian ammunition depot in Moscow-occupied Crimea, Reuters reported, BTA reported.

Oleschuk did not specify the exact location, but posted a video from the Ukraine-linked local channel "Krimskiy veter" in a "Telegram", which allegedly shows the strike on Balaclava, near Sevastopol. Reuters said it could not verify the authenticity of the statement or the video at this time.
The Russian-appointed governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said yesterday that the air force had destroyed five Ukrainian targets over the Black Sea and in the Balaclava area. He did not mention any major damage, except for small forest fires and damaged cars.
During the past two years of Russia's full-scale invasion, Ukraine has launched numerous air and naval strikes against Russian targets in Crimea and inflicted significant damage on Moscow's fleet in the Black Sea. Recently, Ukraine has also stepped up attacks against Russian air defense systems on the peninsula, Reuters points out.
