Anti-aircraft gunners from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (VSU) shot down a Russian Su-25 fighter jet in the Pokrov direction in Donetsk region, reports UNIAN.
It is specified that the plane fired at the positions of units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area.
"Anti-aircraft gunners from a separate mechanized brigade "Mark Bezruchko“ destroyed another Su-25 attack aircraft, which is already burning in the steppes of the Ukrainian Donbass, the report says.
It is also noted that thanks to the accuracy, dexterity and professionalism of our anti-aircraft gunners, today the Russian aviation has lost one combat aircraft - the Su-25 attack aircraft.
