Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin Kondratiev, reported a drone attack on a ferry in the Russian port of Kavkaz in the Temryuk region, which is located in the Kerch Strait and connects Russia with occupied Crimea. His words were quoted by the BBC.
The attack this morning caused a fire which was contained. One person died and several people were injured among the crew and port staff. Emergency crews are on the scene.
The Russian Defense Minister said that 21 Ukrainian drones were destroyed over the Black Sea and Crimea during the night. Drone attacks have also been repelled in Bryansk and Belgorod regions. The Ukrainian side has not commented on the incidents.
The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced a drone attack on a car in the village of Shchetinovka, in which three men were injured. The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, announced that two drones were shot down over the Sev region, with no casualties or damage.
