Iran's Foreign Ministry issued a statement warning Israel against taking any "new adventure" in Lebanon, reported Reuters.
Israeli authorities accused the Tehran-backed Lebanese group "Hezbollah" for a rocket attack on a soccer field in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, killing 12 youths and children in the attack. Israel has vowed to give a harsh response, and "Hezbollah" stated that he had nothing to do with the attack.

The Israeli Air Force said that it attacked targets of "Hezbollah" in Lebanon after a rocket that Israel says was fired by the Shiite group hit a soccer field, killing 12 people, including children, Reuters reported.
"The Air Force of Israel struck a number of targets of the terrorist organization "Hezbollah" both deep inside Lebanese territory and in southern Lebanon, including weapons caches and terrorist infrastructure, the Israeli military said in a statement.
