Russia has calculated how long Ukraine will have enough human resources to to wage war, and concluded that at least until 2033
This was said by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, at a closed meeting at the Kyiv School of Economics. His words were quoted by forbes.ua.
The head of military intelligence admitted that the issue of mobilization in Ukraine is not easy and some people are “a little scared” because “probably it has not been fully and properly explained to them that serving in the Ukrainian army is not a death sentence&rdquo ;. ” Budanov considers the idea that Ukraine has already exhausted its human resource for mobilization to be wrong.
„The Russian Federation made calculations of how many human resources Ukraine will have to wage war - if we mobilize all people over the age of 18 inclusive, we will be able to wage war until 2033. If we lower the threshold to 16 years (the Russian Federation federation was also considering this option), then until 2044”, said Budanov.
He clearly emphasized that these are Russian calculations, not Ukrainian. Kyiv, unlike Vladimir Putin's regime, highly values every life of its citizens, Budanov pointed out.
„Perhaps we made mistakes in communicating with the public, which are now being corrected. But it is wrong to think that we have run out of human resources, Budanov also noted.
