The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced that Russia and Ukraine have exchanged 103 prisoners of war, world agencies reported.
As part of the Russian exchange, servicemen captured during the Ukrainian offensive in Russia's Kursk region were returned.
The exchange took place after negotiations. The mediator in the negotiations was the United Arab Emirates.
So far, the news has not been reported by the Ukrainian agencies UNIAN and Ukrinform.
