The death toll from an Israeli airstrike in a southern suburb of Beirut on Friday reached 45, Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported, citing of the Ministry of Health.
Previous figures from yesterday were for 37 victims.
Clearing the debris of the building destroyed in the attack continues for the third day in a row.
The target of the airstrike was a meeting in the basement of the stricken building of the leadership of the elite division of "Hezbollah" "Ar Radwan". Among the 16 fighters killed, according to the Israeli army, is the commander of "Ar Radwan" Ibrahim Akil.
Among the victims, according to yesterday's data from the Lebanese Ministry of Health, are at least three children and seven women.
