Hurricane "Helen" has strengthened to an extremely dangerous category four and continues to approach the Big Bend region of Florida, the US National Hurricane Center reported today, as quoted by Reuters and BTA.
The hurricane came within 335 kilometers of Tallahassee, Florida, with maximum sustained winds of 209 km/h, the Miami-based weather center added.
