Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris distanced herself from President Joe Biden in a 30-minute interview with Fox News.
After being repeatedly pressed by the host about exactly how her administration would differ from Biden's, Harris vaguely stated, "My presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden's.
But he did not elaborate in numerous follow-up questions.
Harris was asked for clarification on what she calls a "new way forward" after having "been acting vice president for over 3 years" and if the United States is on the wrong track at present, there follows an assessment of her government as well.
