Former President of Russia and current Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev commented on his Telegram channel “three events in one week that really happened”. In his post, he states that “the Nazi regime is trying to create a dirty bomb”, reports Focus.
In the first part of his comment, Medvedev noted the statement of Donald Trump, who became the first former US president and presidential candidate to admit that the direct responsibility for the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine rests with the government of Ukraine. The former president stressed that despite the importance of this recognition, it is unlikely to change anything in the US position, even if Trump returns to the Oval Office.
The next topic he discusses is the potential development of nuclear weapons by Ukraine. According to him, the Ukrainian regime has the necessary raw materials, technologies and specialists to create a “dirty bomb”. Medvedev warns that Soviet Cold War-era laboratories could be used to produce a low-level warhead.
Finally, Medvedev commented on the world's expectations for the “plan for victory” of the Ukrainian president. He points out that the planned document is not a “victory plan” but is related to the use of psychoactive substances. The former president suggests that the West may have advised Ukrainian leaders to be more careful in their actions.
