Let the president of the National Assembly be elected first, the parliamentary bodies should be formed groups and immediately afterwards I can call consultations. Constitutional procedures must be followed. The fact that they fail to elect a chairman of the National Assembly is not news, said President Rumen Radev, who is on a visit to Baku, quoted by Nova TV.
He also commented on the topic of our relations with North Macedonia, hours after he spoke with the president of our western neighbor, Gordana Siljanovska. "The RSM must fulfill the negotiation framework and the good-neighborly agreement. We set the tone for a possible cooperative and open dialogue. We hope to be followed by the North Macedonian government, and that it works with the media so that we don't see hate speech," Radev pointed out.
"It is a matter of good will to change the texts of history textbooks in the Republic of Macedonia. This can simultaneously contribute to building trust, otherwise people are wasting historic time," the head of state believes.
