A large fire broke out at the launch pad of the Japanese space agency while it was testing a solid-state rocket fuel “Epsilon C“ (Epsilon S), the Japanese public broadcaster NHK announced today and broadcast footage from the scene of the event, France Press reported, quoted by BTA
The footage shows how around 8:30 a.m. local time (11:30 p.m. GMT) with fireballs and white smoke rising from the Tanegashima Space Center.
