Ukraine has attacked Russia with US-made ATAKMS tactical ballistic missiles twice in the past three days, with Moscow preparing to retaliate, it announced today the Russian Ministry of Defense, quoted by Reuters, writes BTA.
The statement said Russian air defense positions in Russia's Kursk region were targeted, with one or two missiles hitting their targets in both strikes, although most of the missiles fired were shot down.< /p>
"The Russian Ministry of Defense is monitoring the situation, retaliatory actions are being prepared," the department adds as quoted by TASS.
